Directions: Place 3 to 5 tbsp. seeds in a wide-mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with a rubber band. Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak for about 6 hours. Rinse twice a day; refill the jar with cool water, then swirl and drain. Invert the jar and prop it at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 2 to 3 days. Refrigerate to store.
