Directions: Place 1-2 tbsp. seeds in a wide-mouth jar. Cover with mesh and secure with a rubber band. Add water, swirl, and drain. Add 1 cup of cool water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain. Rinse twice a day; refill the jar with cool water, then swirl and drain. Drain well and do not overwater. Invert the jar and prop it at an angle in a sink or bowl. Ready in 4 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store
