Ingredients: Organic Calendula Flower, Organic Plantain Leaf, Organic Yarrow Flower, Organic Red Raspberry Leaf, and Organic Marshmallow Root.
To Brew: Add 2 teaspoons of tea to a cup, then pour 8 oz of boiling water over it. Let it steep for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
