Our Head Soother Tea is an in-house blend made with certified organic herbs. This tea is excellent for those who experience that extra stress that tends to rest in the head and shoulders. Excellent after a long day to relieve tension!
Ingredients: Organic Linden Flowers, Organic Wood Betony, Organic Skullcap, Cramp Bark, Organic Rosemary, Organic Peppermint, Organic Hawthorn Berry, Organic Marshmallow Root, and Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Chips.
To Brew: Add about 2 tsp of tea to a mug and pour hot water (200 degrees - just before boiling) over it. Let it steep for 7-10 minutes before drinking - the longer it steeps, the stronger it will be. Do not use boiling water as this will reduce the potency of the tea.
