Our organic Forest tea is a combination of roots and spices, and is both rich and warming, making an excellent hot cup of tea any time of the day. Great for the digestive and immune systems, this sweet and succulent aroma has a honey-like linger and a complex flavor that is initially spicy with a sweet finish. This tea can be infused, but it is even tastier as a decoction!

Ingredients: Organic cassia cinnamon bark, organic fennel seed, organic ginger root, organic licorice root, organic orange peel, organic elecampane root, organic Echinacea purpurea root, and organic marshmallow root.

To Brew: Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 2 tsp. of tea. Steep 5 - 7  minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger it will be.  To decoct, add the same amount of tea and water to a pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
