Sulfur powder, also known as Liu Huang, is one of the mineral drugs that are traditionally used in dermatology because of its excellent insecticidal and fungicidal properties. And sulfur soap, as its name implies, is made of this mineral. This kind of sulfurous soap is often used to get rid of acne since it is good at removing facial oil, allaying inflammation, and killing parasites, fungi, mites, and germs.
