This is a gentle, calming nervine blend: a chance for reflection and an opportunity to imagine a peaceful world. This is a wonderful infusion for meditation and quiet moments. Floral and minty with just a hint of spice; this tea takes the stress out of life for a while.
Contains: Organic Chamomile flowers, organic Spearmint, organic Lavender flowers, organic Cinnamon bark, organic Passionflower, and organic Rose petals.
Brewing: Fill a cloth tea bag or mesh basket with 1 tablespoon of tea and place it in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes or until the desired strength is reached. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor!
