Also called Dendritic Opalite and Moss opal - sometimes it is referred to as Merlinite but that is a trade name not an official geological name. Dendrites are the small inclusions that look like moss or plant growths within the rock. They are actually iron and/or manganese oxides that have infiltrated as the rocks are forming. These crystals are generally found in Australia.


White Dendritic opal works with the upper chakras to expand consciousness and connect to source. It is also a crystal that can help balance all of the chakras so in that sense it resonates with all chakras.
