A sweet, earthy blend with spicy top notes, aimed to help curb cravings for the management of a healthy weight. This is an Ayurvedic infusion that aims to promote balance between the mind, body, and spirit. These adaptogenic tea blends are meant to align the inner elements and forces of the body with the outer elements and forces of the universe.

Ingredients: Organic tulsi leaf, organic rooibos herb, organic gymnema sylvestre leaf, organic cinnamon bark, organic turmeric root, organic haritaki herb, and organic hibiscus flower.

Brewing: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil. Add 2 grams of tea (2 tsp) to an infuser, or straight into an 8-oz. mug. Pour the heated water into the mug. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain the tea leaves, or remove the infuser. Enjoy!
