Herbal Magick: Mexican Arnica is widely used in Mexican traditional medicine and folk magick for protection and healing. It is believed to protect against negative energy and ward off evil spirits. It is used in rituals to create a protective barrier, with white candles carved with protective symbols and rolled in dried arnica flowers. Arnica-infused oil is added to bathwater with Epsom salts to cleanse the body of negative energy or tension. During meditation, dried flowers are placed on healing altars, often with white candles, to focus on physical or emotional recovery.
